Happy New Year!

welcome to our new blog!

We started SoundViz two months ago. During that time, with the help of the HackerNews, ProductHunt and LifeHacker communities, we’ve been fortunate to have enough interest to see a very healthy amount of traffic come to the site. Getting to see how our visitors interact with the product has taught us an incredible amount in such a short time and we’re grateful for the attention and the business! This blog is an effort to give something back to the community. We’ve learned a lot from these two months. We’ve learned what makes our visitors click buttons, what colors perform better than others, what people will pay for a SoundViz, and most importantly, what has prevented visitors from converting to customers. We’ll talk about the product decisions we make, that will hopefully result in better experiences for everyone. So, that’s what the SoundViz blog will be – a user experience and acquisition report. We’ll talk about our experiments, both successful, and not, and what we learned from each of them. We’ll talk about tooling. We’ll talk about anything and everything related to getting more customers to our site and converted. We want to hear from you. Is there a topic you’d be interested in reading about? Let us know.
